Chocoholic Chocolate Brownies

A classic, simply indulgently gooey chocolate brownie serve cold or slightly warm with ice cream.


300g Caster sugar

3 Eggs

170g Butter

180g Dark chocolate

120g Plain flour

20g Cocoa powder

60g White chocolate chips

Pinch of salt


Method


Preheat oven to 170 Celsius / 338 Fahrenheit.

1 - Whisk together eggs and sugar together till mixture becomes paler in a bowl.


2- In a separate bowl melt down the butter and chocolate.


3- Add sieved flour, cocoa powder and salt to the eggs and sugar and slowly mix until combined.


4- Mix in the melted chocolate and mix until combined.


5- Add white chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.


6- Pour mixture into a greased baking tray (30cm x 20cm x 4cm) bake for 20 minutes until the brownie has a slight wobble in the middle of the tray.
